Our School
ACHS provides a safe, positive, and nurturing environment to empower students to achieve personal, educational, and career goals. The focus of our school is to help credit-deficient students accelerate their school work and graduate on time. Located in Tulare, California, our campus fosters a peaceful, involved community to promote learning for our students.
Pathway Options
Our school offers dual credit options through College of the Sequoias (COS) career technical education courses. COS’s multi-faceted programs lead to hands-on learning experiences, college credit, and industry certification.
Recommended Enrollment Criteria
We give priority to seniors with 140 credits or less, juniors with 80 credits or less, and English Language Learners (ELL) with a score of 3 or higher on the California English Language Development Test (CELDT) who meet other enrollment criteria.
Sophomores and special education students receive enrollment consideration on a case-by-case basis. We do not admit expelled students from other schools in our district.
