Counseling Services

At ACHS we’re proud to provide counseling and guidance services to our students. Our counselor offers career and college information and assists with personal, social, and academic issues. Services include:

• Educational Planning for College
• Career Planning
• Guidance for School, Personal, or Social Concerns

Response to Intervention

Response to Intervention (RTI) is a multi-tiered approach to the academic support of students with unique learning and behavioral needs. We monitor our students daily to determine if additional specialized intervention is necessary. If an administrator places a student on the RTI list, the student must attend an intervention period at the end of each school day. Please see our student handbook for more information.

Tutoring

Extra academic tutoring is available for students throughout the school year. We encourage our students to take advantage of these services during RTI.
